Increase your home’s efficiency and comfort with the free installation of eligible, energy-saving equipment into your home. The Home Assistance Program provides income-eligible homes, residents, and tenants with free, energy-saving upgrades in their home, which will lower electricity bills.
As an eligible customer, free upgrades include some of the following measures:
- Energy Star LED light bulbs
- Power bars with timers
- Efficiency showerheads
- Aerators
- Refrigerators
- Window air conditioners
- Weather stripping
- Additional insulation
